Overview

The VeloCloud SD‑WAN Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and migrating enterprise network environments to SD‑WAN solutions using VMware SD‑WAN (VeloCloud) technology. The role ensures scalable, secure, and high‑performance network connectivity across global sites while aligning with business and technical requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design
  • Design end‑to‑end SD‑WAN architectures using VeloCloud solutions
  • Develop high‑level and low‑level design (HLD/LLD) for enterprise deployments
  • Define routing, segmentation, security, and application‑aware policies
  • Ensure designs align with enterprise network standards and security frameworks
• Implementation & Deployment
  • Lead SD‑WAN deployment activities across multiple sites and regions
  • Configure VeloCloud Edge devices, Gateways, and Orchestrator components
