What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out accurate and compliant Warrant of Fitness (WOF) inspections, ensuring all checks meet AA and NZTA standards.
• Provide clear, complete written and verbal reports, helping customers understand your findings in an easy‑to‑follow manner.
• Refer and promote products and services that genuinely meet customer needs, supporting the broader AA service offering.
• Assist the Manager or Team Leader with investigating customer service issues when required, resolving concerns professionally.
