Primarily responsible for evaluating and validating all submitted documentary requirements for motor vehicle registration.
The VRS assesses if the unit documents meet all the necessary qualifications and regulatory requirements then encode into Excel File for reference in registration processing.
The VRS collaborates with Internal and External Customers as necessary, to ensure a smooth and efficient processing interaction.
Job Qualifications
At least a Diploma-course graduate; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
No prior experience required; experience in administrative work, data entry, or document processing is an advantage
Familiarity with vehicle registration processes or LTO systems (e.g., LTMS) is a plus but not required
High attention to detail and accuracy in document evaluation and data encoding
