Antrim Reporting to: Sales Coordinator This role offers a clear progression path.
You will start by mastering the preparation and valeting of our new and used vehicles.
Once you have built a deep understanding of our standards and products, we will provide the training and support needed to progress into a Handover Specialist rolehelping with the final customer experience and technical walkthroughs.
Your Progression Journey Phase 1 (Preparation): Learning the Scania standard, ensuring every new and used truck is valeted and presented to showroom perfection.
Phase 2 (Training): Gaining technical product knowledge and customer service coaching.
