Summary: The Supervisor provides on-site leadership and oversight for all parking attendant and shuttle operations supporting Veterans Affairs facilities. This role ensures compliance with contract requirements, staffing adequacy, safety procedures, and customer service standards. The Supervisor serves as the primary escalation point for incidents, coordinates with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and ensures efficient traffic flow and service delivery.
