Position Summary: This position is responsible for driving sales and a flawless guest experience for Travel Advantage Network (TAN). Its primary function is to drive revenue and customer experience targets via inbound and outbound calls. This is a sales and customer service position that requires the ability to build customer loyalty while meeting and/or exceeding strict sales targets each month
Primary Goals and Responsibilities:
Ability to make a strong 1st impression by building rapport over the phone with each client
Strong ability to persuade clients through benefit-based selling to drive revenue targets
Meet and/or exceed monthly revenue targets
Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls daily to aid with booking travel or pending reservation
Ability to learn and retain detailed portfolio of properties and operate a complex data base
