Our Client, a leader in the Retail and Wholesale Industry, seeks to employ an Admin Clerk to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Cape Town area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that all adjustments is validated for complianceand non-compliance, andescalated to the relevant Line Managers.
- Ensurethat all systemerrors are cleared as directed by the Line Manager.
- Follow up on all in-transit stockand escalate all SLA issues to the Line Manager.
- Assist with the issuingof upliftment numbers when required.
- Ensure adherence to administrative controls and audit requirements by the Stock Control department.
- Ensure filing is completed timeously and efficiently.
- Assist with the capturing of CHEP transactions when required.
- Undertake any administrative tasks as required.
