You'll work embedded within Agile product teams to shape the end‑to‑end user experience — from onboarding flows to transactional micro‑copy — ensuring every word builds trust, reduces friction, and speaks directly to our customers.

• Write and localise UX copy in Urdu and English across web, mobile, and app interfaces — including UI labels, error messages, onboarding flows, tooltips, notifications, and help content
