Job Description
The User Researchers are responsible for capturing customer feedback to inform product strategy and design at all phases of concept creation and product development. We lead research activities to deeply understand human thoughts, feelings, motivations & behavior patterns. Using a wide range of research methods, we literally bring the customer into the room to complement traditional metrics data. We dive deep not just on what people do, but why they do it -- often grounded in observation and customer behavior. We are looking for someone with strong Quantitative experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Translate business, product, and design goals into strategic research opportunities. Conduct end-to-end user research, from foundational studies to advise product direction, all the way to concept and in-the-wild testing.
