To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. UX/UI tools (Figma, Axure)
2. Creation of sitemaps, wireframes, user journeys and personas
3. Adopt a user centric approach and elicit user needs
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
5. Easy-going attitude and confidence to communicate directly with clients via video calls and face to face meetings
6. Client / stakeholder facing, liaising and presenting to stakeholders so need to have exemplary communication skills
7. Ability to work closely with Digital Designer, Front and Back end Developers to bring your vision to life. Present ideas, take onboard feedback from senior members of the team and move a project forward in an appropriate direction
