Business Acquisition and Customer Relationship Management
Managing a Team Of Area Business Managers assigned for various Products(s).
Supervisory role (As underlined below) for the team of Area Business Managers
Internal Stakeholders (Branches MBGB, Digital Team, Direct Sales Team)
and Channel (DDSA, DSA, Connectors) acquisition, on-boarding, and training
for assigned sales functions.
Co-ordination with all external and internal stakeholders for assigned role
Achieving Cross sell budget for TPP and attachments
Team co-ordination, training, and monitoring for day to day budget
achievement
Customer interaction and servicing for defined functions
Maintaining stock of all required and assigned functions
Debt Servicing responsibilities for assigned bucket for all product books
Dealer Manufacturer Relationship, on-boarding.
