Duties Description St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center is recruiting for a Utilization Review Coordinator to analyze and evaluate quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of psychiatric and medical services provided to individual diagnosed with mental illness. As a Utilization Review Coordinator, your duties will include:
• Reviewing clinical records for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance.
• Collecting and analyzing data related to the utilization review process and preparing reports on findings, patterns, and trends.
• Reviewing medical records of new admissions, placement decisions, length of stays, and discharge plans against established criteria to determine if necessary and effective.
