**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor millman/stone plant equipment to support safe and efficient production
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
+ Adjust material flow, equipment settings, and processes to meet quality and production targets
+ Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety standards and procedures
+ Communicate clearly with team members to support continuous plant operations
