Job Summary

A major commercial property occupier are seeking to hire a Utilities Manager (with a Facilities Management background) to join the team. The role is to primarily take responsibility for all matters relating to their utilities use and spend; requiring someone with experience of creating and delivering an efficient strategy to meet the businesses energy saving goals.

The role requires an experienced, enthusiastic individual who is well versed in current sustainability methods and future opportunities, who will add real value, reduce cost and introduce innovation within an interesting and increasingly important industry.

This role is home based, reporting into a Northern Head office periodically. Package circa £50 - £55,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
