• Team leadership – Recruit, train and motivate staff.
• Compliance and Finance – Adhere to legal requirements e.g. FICA, POPI, CPA.
• Customer service – Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Inventory management – Source, appraise and procure quality used vehicles.
• Managing Sales activities daily.
• Reconditioning of used stock.

Requirement

• Proven experience in used vehicles.
• Strong negotiation, inventory valuation and computer skills.
• Results driven, resilient and able to work under pressure.
• Matric certificate.
