**Position Overview**

Join an innovative research and development team focused on advancing genomic medicine and accelerating the development of life-changing therapies. This role will support analytical development activities through the development, validation, and transfer of molecular biology-based analytical methods used for the characterization and release of viral and non-viral therapeutics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong molecular biology background, hands-on laboratory experience, and expertise in PCR-based assay development and sample testing. This is a primarily laboratory-based position with limited responsibilities outside of lab work and team meetings.
