We're Hiring: General Ledger & AR Specialist (US Account)!

Accounts Receivable & General Ledger Accountant is responsible for managing customer billing, collections, cash applications, and general ledger accounting activities. This role ensures that invoices are issued accurately, payments are applied timely, account balances are reconciled, and financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and accounting standards using AppFolio.

Location: BGC, Taguig, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Work onsite for 3 months before transitioning to hybrid set-up

What You'll Do:

• Generate statements and ensure all charges are accurately recorded.
• Apply customer payments and reconcile outstanding balances.
• Monitor receivables, due dates, and follow up on overdue accounts.
