Job Title: US CRE Relationship Manager
Summary/Objective:
Develop new Commercial Real Estate business and client base.
Essential Functions:
1.Demonstrate Our Proprietary Real Estate Tokenization to potential leads, customers
2.Onboard US CRE customers on our tokenization platform
3.Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the commercial real estate lending sector.
4.Cultivate new business opportunities and clients by marketing Real Estate Tokenization Platform
5.Develops business strategies and marketing plans according to goals and budgets set by the regional head.
6.Achieves business goals and budgets assigned.
Preferred Skills/Experience
1.Solid experience of US Commercial Real Estate – Single Family, Multi Family, Hotels, Warehouse, Industrial
2.Understanding of capital markets – Regulation D, Regulation S, Accredited Investor
3.Exceptional Communication Skills
