Job Responsibilities: - Respond to patient enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system
- Provide assistance such as arranging wheelchairs when needed
- Identify and tag patients at risk of falls, distribute face masks, and check temperatures for those with flu-like symptoms
- Encourage and educate patients on using self-service kiosks and mobile apps
- Support or carry out basic measurements including height, weight, and blood pressure when required
- Help patients with directions and general information
- Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires
Job Requirements: - Minimum GCE 'N'/'O'/ 'A' Levels/ NITEC/ Diploma
- Can commit for at least 4 months
- Office hours, 5.5 days
- Able to start immediately/on short notice
