Urgent Hiring – RCM Trainer (Healthcare Account)



Location: QC, Makati, Muntinlupa, Cebu

Work Setup: Onsite | Night Shift

Salary: Up to ₱60,000 + ₱3,600 Allowance



We need a strong RCM Trainer who can take ownership of training, drive performance, and produce fully productive teams.



Requirements:



At least 2 years Healthcare BPO AR Collections experience

Knowledge in UB Claims / UB-04

Provider-side (hospital) experience

Experience calling insurance for claims and disputes



Open to High School, Senior High, and College Undergraduates



Training experience is an advantage but not required
