The Liaisoning & Procurement Officer will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, managing procurement activities, supervising infrastructure projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support for the school and associated centers. The role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on experience in handling government departments, vendor management, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities.
Government Liaisoning & Compliance
Liaise with government authorities such as BESCOM, Police Department, KSPCB, BMTC, DDPI, BBMP and Educational Board & other departments & other statutory bodies for approvals and clearances.
Handle grievances or compliance-related matters pertaining to the Trust and school premises.
Coordinate for necessary permissions related to construction, events, safety, and statutory requirements.
Maintain cordial and professional relationships with local government bodies.
