Attend to visitors and answer phone calls; maintenance of telephone system, monitor expenses and source of service vendor to ensure competitiveness of cost;
Maintaining and updating the worldwide shoplist, telephone and fax numbers in frequent usage by staff;
Provide administrative support to the office, e.g. creation of PO, manage EVO system etc;
In charge of upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies. Ensure the office in line with group standard.
Provide administrative service to the company, select service vendors, monitor the cost and performance of the vendors, Manage service/maintenance contract (e.g. pest control, aircon, etc.)
Manage office stationery and equipment servicing (e.g. photo copier,etc).
Provide periodic support for travel management. Update and share booking resources, guidelines, updated policies & regulations, process & procedures. Arrange training for employees when needed.
