Job Summary

The Smart Bankers Internship Programme (SBIP) 2026 is a 10‑week internship giving students the chance to work in a UOB business and experience the banking industry. Interns are assigned to a specific business at the start of the programme and will work with our digital and tech teams to apply new knowledge in a practical, strategic way.

Qualifications

• Malaysian nationality
• Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in any field at a local or overseas university
• Good academic record
• Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated interest in banking and related business areas
