Unqualified Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

● Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

● Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual SEND/SEMH needs

● Work with the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate

● Deliver catch-up sessions
