Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Universal Financial Associate plays an integral role in the branch by supporting members with all their banking needs. Key responsibilities include preparing documents for member meetings, maintaining customer relationships, handling walk‑in member transactions, and supporting branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively gather and document all pertinent information required for the Financial Advisor to have a robust conversation.
• Review personal accounts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, looking for opportunities to improve members’ financial fitness.
• Open and review new accounts, following up with members in accordance with member service guidelines.
