I. Station Operations

1.1 Ensures that station conforms to quality standard as set forth in the UPPI contract, compliance obligations and commitments.

• Regular and scheduled operations reporting submitted to UPPI, management and other entities (ie. LGU, associations, etc.)
• Takes the lead in external and internal compliance audits with the assistance of UPPI, AGSI auditor, LGU auditor/inspector.

2. Manages the performance and deliverables of the entire forecourt team.

• Cleanliness of Station, Attendance, Customer Service Quality, Equipment and Operability

3. Coordinates and handles supplier concerns and deliverables in a timely manner.

• Manpower agency, Security Agency, Station Maintenance Contractors

4. Ensures that all station related concerns, problems, accidents, issues are reported to the manager and owner in a timely manner - including but not limited to customer complaints an...
