Qualifications

• Technical skills: Conocimiento de operaciones IT (infraestructura, aplicaciones, middleware)
• Experiencia en monitorización y herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, etc.)
• Gestión de incidentes, problemas y cambios (ITIL)
• Trabajo en entornos regulados (auditorías, controles, seguridad)
