This role is responsible for the end-to-end operations, support, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco video conferencing hardware, and Microsoft Teams Phones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio-visual systems, collaboration technologies, and infrastructure project execution.

Qualifications
•3+ years of experience in AV/VC operations and support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco video conferencing systems, and Teams Phones.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow, control systems (e.g., QSC, Crestron, Extron), and network fundamentals.
