This role leads, drives and is accountable for the underwriting strategy and performance of Personal Lines (excluding Motor and A&H) under the Retail segment in Hong Kong Business Unit, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Job Accountabilities
Manage the portfolio for non-Motor, non-A&H and support Personal Lines new product development
Lead the development of the underwriting strategy for Personal Lines (non-Motor and non-A&H) and oversees execution to deliver the required portfolio performance
Identify opportunities and risks, using data and insights to make informed decisions and implementing changes as needed to achieve desired outcomes
Leverage the knowledge of market trends and distribution dynamics, and design new products and services
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the business objectives
