Position Summary Information

Summary This position will assist in the planning and implementation of campus visits and admissions events for prospective students and their families. This position assists in organizing group tours, individual visits, and large-scale admissions events, ensuring each guest has a positive and engaging experience. The incumbent also regularly communicates with faculty, staff, and campus departments to coordinate logistics and provide accurate information related to campus visits and events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Provide excellent customer service to all campus visitors.2.
