Summary:

Schedule Notes: Saturdays 8-4pm, Sundays 8-4

Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine all patients for ultrasound examinations in accordance with established departmental procedures and techniques.

Operate and adjust ultrasound equipment, ensuring safety precautions are taken to protect patients and personnel.

Set up, operate, clean, and make minor adjustments to ultrasound equipment.

Ensure adequate supplies are available for use.

Assist in the orientation and mentorship of new Ultrasound personnel.

Capture images onto PACS and transfer to physicians' work stations.

Answer telephones, schedule examinations, and may initiate transportation.

Perform other duties as required.
