ResponsibilitiesPrepares ultrasound scanning roomsPerforms moderately complex sonograms based on AIUM guidelines.Performs moderately complex transvaginal sonograms.Performs moderately complex biophysical profiles for fetal assessment.Performs moderately complex umbilical artery Doppler studies.Performs the following moderately complex procedures: Chorionic Villus Sampling, Amniocentesis, MPR (Multiple Pregnancy Reduction) and PUBSApplies knowledge of anatomy, physiology, positioning and imaging techniques to optimize the quality of ultrasound images.
