About the Role

Kraft Heinz UK&I is looking for an experienced Strategy Consultant/Strategic Leader with FMCG experience to lead our in‑house Strategy Consulting team (5 people). The role sits within the UK&I business unit and reports to the UK&I CFO.

Job Description

You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, with regular interaction with the full UK&I Leadership Team (including the UK&I Managing Director) and engagement with the European & Pacific Markets leadership team. Your core remit is to help achieve the UK&I long‑term strategy through leading the delivery of high‑impact in‑house consulting projects that support that strategy, working closely with cross‑functional teams.
