UKG Technical Consultant

Experience: 7–9 Years

Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and support UKG (Kronos) technical solutions

· Work on integrations, APIs, and data interfaces between UKG and third-party systems

· Develop and customize reports, extracts, and enhancements

· Handle data migration and system upgrades

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in UKG environments

· Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders

· Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

· Ensure performance, security, and scalability of solutions

Skills Required:

· 7–9 years of experience with strong hands-on UKG / Kronos technical expertise

· Experience in UKG integrations, APIs, and custom development

· Strong knowledge of SQL, data models, and reporting

· Experience with middleware tools (Dell Boomi / MuleSoft) is a plus
