Duties:

  • Manage sub-contractor’s account in strict accordance with their terms and conditions to meet project demands/timeframes.
  • Visits on site to view works completed, quality and management of costs
  • Attend office/Hybrid working and international visits where required
  • Procure, manage, coordinate and quality control all the relevant MEP parties ensuring compliance with G3 Standards throughout the project
  • Establish MEP procurement /packaging strategy aligned with building fabric elements.
  • Complete MEP procurement programme that is aligned / integrated into overall programme.
  • Complete MEP tender documents incorporating scopes, interface documents, design responsibility matrices and builders work matrix.
  • Ensure MEP design is issued in a timely fashion and audited to guarantee compliance, build-ability and commission-ability.
