Qualifications:

• At least 2nd year college completed

• Minimum of 1 year banking, finance, or credit card collections experience for UK clients is required

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Good assertive communication and problem-solving abilities

• Solid understanding of the collections process and customer handling

• Comfortable dealing with international customers in a fast-paced environment

• Amenable to work on-site and shifting schedule
