We’re building a next‑generation labor marketplace platform and need a UI/UX Designer to shape the entire experience from first click to long‑term engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead UI/UX design for the labor marketplace across web and mobile. Map user journeys for candidates, employers, recruiters, and workforce managers. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using industry‑standard tools (Figma preferred).
