Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Product Designer to support a client's Video Design team’s design enablement process. This is a high‑impact role centered on mobile design craft, scalable design systems, and the evolving use of AI‑assisted design workflows. The designer will play a key role in building, documenting, and scaling the mobile design system across iOS and Android—defining components, creating usage guidelines, and establishing standards that enable product and engineering teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality video experiences. Additionally, this role will help guide adoption of AI‑powered design tools and agentic workflows, identifying opportunities where automation enhances quality without sacrificing craft. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in mobile platform design and a visible advocate for design excellence across the Video product organization.
