We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our UAE team as Graduate Engineers. The position is part of GHD’s two‑year Graduate Development Program designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists.

During the program, graduates work on a portfolio of projects across Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors in the UAE and overseas. They gain hands‑on experience, receive mentoring, and progress toward chartered status.

• Deliver technical assignments, work elements, work packages and project engineering design activities under supervision.
• Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
