About the role
We’re looking for someone to work 20 hours per week (over 3 days) who’s passionate about youth wellbeing and education to support schools across the Northland region. You will also be part of a lively team of regional and national Tūturu leads.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with new and existing schools Be part of a Community of Practise within mainstream and cultural spaces Work collaboratively with school leaders, staff, and communities to identify their unique needs and develop a whole-school approach to wellbeing Facilitate discussions, deliver engaging workshops, and provide training and presentations to school staff and community groups Champion early intervention by helping schools recognise issues sooner and connect with the right supports Be a key driver in health promotion — fostering collaboration between schools
