Responsibilities
May include some or all of the following tasks;
- Support Tutor Applicants and Tutor Onboarding
- Update our Digital Inventory of Institutional Sessions and Courses
- Conduct data entry, registration, and enrollment activities for school district accounts
- Add new courses to digital inventory and providing ongoing maintenance of this inventory
- Set up sessions in catalog based on client (school system or parent) or course requirements following checklists and documented processes
- Assign Tutors to Tutoring Sessions
- Match students with experts for one‑on‑one instruction and classes, following document processes and checklists
- Support Institutional and Course Schedule Changes
- Partner with parents to identify and assess student's needs to implement the appropriate tutoring support
