Supervise TBM operations—including excavation, ring building, backfill grouting, and alignment control—to ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and milestones.
Protect structural and ground integrity by monitoring TBM parameters (torque, advance rate, face pressure) and geotechnical instruments to manage settlement risks.
Manage underground safety, enforcing WSH regulations for tunnelling and compressed air works.
Inspect and ensure the quality of precast concrete tunnel segments, key joints, and waterproofing systems during installation.
Report and coordinate daily/weekly progress, partnering with the Main Contractor to clear on‑site technical roadblocks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in TBM tunnelling operations.
