Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】合成系、バイオベース、およびハイブリッドプラットフォームを含むCMC関連のプロセス技術を特定・評価・優先順位付けし、他のCMCラボと連携して導入する。ラボオートメーションおよびデジタル技術の導入・運用を通じて、CMCバイオ医薬品プロセス開発における「CMCラボオートメーションおよびDX」コンセプトの現場実装を推進する。本ポジションでは、チームリーダーやマネージャーの適度なサポートを受けながら、これらの活動を主体的に実行することが求められる。Identify, assess, and prioritize CMC related process technologies, including synthetic, bio-based, and hybrid platforms and implement them in collaboration with other CMC labs. Drive the on-site implementation of “CMC Lab Automation and DX” concepts within CMC biologics process development by introducing and operating lab automation and digital technologies.
