Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a UxS/C-UxS Maritime Training Specialist to support a large government customer in Alexandria, VA. This role focuses on training military and government personnel on unmanned systems (UxS) and counter-UxS operations within the maritime environment. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with training experience to help improve mission readiness and ensure these capabilities are effectively integrated into operations.
Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom, hands-on, and computer-based training on unmanned systems and counter-UxS operations
Train personnel on system operations, maintenance, and best practices
Support new equipment fielding and training events
Assess student performance and adapt training based on skill level and feedback
Simulate real-world threats to help teams prepare for adversary UxS tactics
Assist in developing training materials, including manuals and course content
