• Ensuring the work of the Trust team is compliant with legislative and ethical standards
• Assisting the team in solving client issues and ensuring they are delivered to the timescale and budget required
• Managing a team of advisors including taking a leading role in their professional development
• Liaising with clients including Trustees, Beneficiaries, individuals and other intermediaries to provide a first‑class service to clients
• Acting as principal on a portfolio of trust and HNW clients including taking responsibility for reviewing and signing out of advice
