Trust Specialist Registrar (ST3-ST7)

Maternity leave cover in the cardiology team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. Cross site working is expected.

Work will take place at Northwick Park Hospital and Ealing Hospital, each with dedicated cardiology wards and advanced cardiac services.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and treatment of patients admitted to the Cardiology department under direct supervision of a consultant.
• Experience in coronary angiography, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, echocardiography, stress echocardiography, and TOE.
• Involvement in outpatient activities, including one-stop pathways and multidisciplinary management sessions.
• Opportunities to develop specialist interests such as Heart Failure.

Qualifications

• Prior paid NHS work experience.
• MBBS (or equivalent).
• Full MRCP.
• Full registration with the GMC.
