Job Type Full-time Responsibilities Review, interpret, and edit legal documents, including wills, trusts, waivers, receipts, releases, inventories, and accountings, ensuring accuracy before submission to the bequest attorney or client. Communicate directly with financial institutions, estate and trust fiduciaries, and/or their legal representatives to facilitate the efficient collection of charitable requests. Monitor the progress of estate and trust administration to ensure the timely receipt of bequests.
