Key Responsibilities
Manage and dispatch semi‑truck drivers to ensure efficient load planning
Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers to secure profitable loads
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, carriers, and clients
Monitor driver’s locations, schedules, and delivery progress
Resolve issues quickly and professionally to avoid delays
Maintain accurate records and update dispatching systems
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication at all times
