We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) Technician to join Luton Borough Council’s Network & Safety team.

In this role, you will support the delivery and maintenance of traffic management and parking schemes across the borough. You will assist engineers and technicians in producing technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Parkmap systems, while also supporting a range of traffic and parking-related projects.

The role includes carrying out traffic, parking and topographical surveys, processing applications for on-street disabled parking bays, and maintaining accurate records and correspondence using FLARE databases.
