About the role
The Trips and Operations Coordinator is responsible for the administration and monitoring of finances of school trips across both primary and secondary school. Working closely with the Deputy Head and main Trip Organisers (teachers) along with Finance, IT and Marketing & Communications to ensure all trip information is up to date at all times.
About you
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- Detailed Knowledge of the relevant aspects of the National Curriculum for England, UK and IBDP
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of assessment and how to interpret and use the data
- Computer Literacy: effective user of ICT, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and skilled in CRM and ISAMS
- Motivation, curiosity and intellect to glean and understand key information about the Company’s activity and commercial intentions
